A aquest efecte, prendr\u00e0 com a punt de partida un estudi preliminar sobre la situaci\u00f3 actual de la bretxa de g\u00e8nere en l&#8217;esport i donar\u00e0 poder a les federacions i altres organitzacions oferint formaci\u00f3 (en l\u00ednia, per a impulsar la digitalitzaci\u00f3 en la ind\u00fastria) i eines per a noves bones per a fomentar la cooperaci\u00f3 entre les parts interessades sobre el terreny, mitjan\u00e7ant la formaci\u00f3 i la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;esdeveniments esportius igualitaris i m\u00e9s inclusius.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conscienciar, sensibilitzar i prendre mesures per a garantir que els grups vulnerables i\/o minoritaris tinguin les mateixes oportunitats a
